I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Warwick University who are seeking aPart Time- Finance Specialistto join their team.

Job Description

As a Finance Specialist your main responsibilities are:

• Managing and enacting finance administration within the Intellectual Property Department.
• This will include reporting spend and calculating future spend projections, raising and seeking approval for ad hoc spend requests, as well as the day-to-day administration of various tracking tools.
• Additionally, the role is expected to support in finding efficiencies and improvements across the departments finances to reduce our overall department spend.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Intermediate/advanced excel skills Purchase ledger experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of finance administration
• Purchase ledger experience.
• Demonstrable communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to present and explain clear and concise information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Basic finance qualifications e.g. AAT Experience of using SAP and ITESoft (Preferred)
