Senior Finance Analyst

Your new company
You will be joining a fast-growing manufacturing business based in the Leamington Spa area.
Your new role
Reporting into the financial controller, you will be taking on a key role in building high quality analysis and management reporting for the operations teams. You will work closely in producing packs to drive performance in key projects and you will business partner / challenge teams on their budgets ensuring that they are financially on track and delivered on time. You'll also work with the wider finance team in reporting key KPIs as well as support the new system implementation planned for later this year. As the business grows, you'll also help improve processes to be as efficient as possible. This is a broad role with a great level of scope for you to develop!
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should be a proven business partner and analyst or looking to develop into a commercial role - confident in dissecting and presenting key data within a project setting and spotting risk and opportunity. You should be an excellent communicator and used to building rapport across the wider business.
