A great opportunity has arisen, due to an internal promotion, within Group Finance for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Performance Management team! This is an integral role supporting the Finance Manager deliver Wolseley Group’s various internal and external performance management processes to the leadership team.
You will maintain and develop the performance management processes, models and reporting which support key decision making across the group. You will be required to analyse group wide financial data, review and finalise monthly forecasts, assist with the annual group budget process as well as business partner central support function stakeholders.
This is a great role to build your experience and knowledge within a high performance team, and gain exposure within the business, which could lead to future opportunities within the wider finance team.
Up for the challenge? Here’s what we’d like you to have/be:
A professional accountancy qualification - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
An audit background or a role that oversees all areas of the income statement and balance sheet would be preferrable.
Highly analytical and numerate with strong Excel skills
Commercially minded individual with an interest in the strategic and operational issues facing the business.
