Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of advanced composite products, supplying Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Industrial markets.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful, established business who have a global presence with specialist material manufacturing sites strategically positioned across the UK, Germany, Brazil, and China. The role is for a Part-time HR Administrator / Advisor to work 22 hours per week in the Bideford office.
Example of duties but not limited to:
Entering employment data into the company database
Organising meetings and taking minutes
Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
Setting up recruitment and training events
Answering any employee inquiries
Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Updating employee holiday and sickness records
Previous experience of working within an HR environment is necessary.
