We’re seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our client’s team on a part-time basis. Our client is a growing construction business and are open to working patterns/hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in candidate interviews and providing input on selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HR certification or relevant degree preferred but not required.
