SalaryA leading leisure brand based in South Northamptonshire are seeking a Part Time HR Advisor who has a passion and experience of manage ER cases to join them on a permanent basis, working 4 days a week, 20 hours across the week (hybrid working). This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join them who has solid HR/People Advisory experience within a large organisation (ideally internationally) and have a real generalist background. You will report into a really inspiring Head of HR who encourages growth, diversity and collaborative work place. The successful candidate will have their CIPD level 5 qualification and solid Advisory experience.
Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for all Employee Relations and Staff Welfare, managing case loads from start to finish, helping to implement HR initiatives, handling all HR queries, helping to improve policies and procedures, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, amending contracts and sending out offer letters, managing all HR Systems alongside ad hoc related tasks.
This role is a varied and challenging role that would suit someone with a real HR generalist background ideally having worked for a large international corporate or similar. You will be happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team and have an eye for detail. You will be a strong communicator and have a desire to help people and add value to the organisation.
