Our client are an award winning organisation based in South West London who are looking for a Part Time HR Manager to join the team. They pride themselves in their values and having a positive working environment.

This is a Part Time office based role, which can be 20-28 hours per week which can be worked with flexibility throughout the week.

This role oversees the HR operations function ensuring they align with the the goals of the business and plays an integral part in ensuring the HR function runs smoothly in this standalone role.

Main duties of the role will include:

Managing and maintaining all personnel records for staff
Collating monthly payroll and working with the external company
Recruitment administration including on-boarding and off-boarding and employment contracts
Administering the company benefits and perks
Being the main point of contact for any HR related queries

The attributes of the successful candidate will include:

HR experience - CIPD qualification would be desirable
Exposure to dealing with HR related matters
Highly organised with excellent
Be able to commit to 20 hours a week
