We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our flourishing team on a part-time basis, office based in Brentwood, Essex.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be the mastermind behind our marketing strategies, ensuring we achieve our business objectives and growth targets. Your role will be pivotal in developing and implementing our marketing plan, generating leads, and enhancing our online presence through SEO & PPC.  Whilst the running of PPC campaigns is outsourced, your role is to work closely with our supplier to guide and manage the process. You will also be involved in maintaining and updating our website to ensure it is customer-centric and aligned with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to our company objectives and market trends. Conduct weekly review meetings to discuss progress and share a marketing activity status document.
• Lead Generation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our PPC and SEO campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with our marketing objectives and budget.
• Website Management: Regularly update and optimise our website, including A/B testing, content review, and usability improvements.
• Content Creation & Social Media: Develop a detailed content plan and generate engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, case studies, and blog posts.
• Customer Journey: Create and execute a customer retention plan, including Mailchimp emails, thank you mailings, and promotions. Implement strategies for customer feedback and advocacy.
• New Customer Acquisition: Research and target new markets, developing communication strategies to attract new customers.
• Cross-Selling Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share content and work on joint projects with our sister company, Piroto Labelling.
• Project Management: Undertake ad hoc marketing projects to drive business growth.

About you:

You will need a proven track record of success in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry. Marketing qualification would be desirable, ideally Chartered Institute of Marketing. You will possess strong analytical skills, able to interpret marketing data and develop actionable recommendations. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Ideally, you will have B2B experience. You will be proficient in SEO, PPC & content creation.  You will also be familiar with website management and analytics tools. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential for this role.
