Are you looking for a busy role working 30 hours per week with the opportunity for hybrid working
If so this is the perfect Medical Secretarial position for you
Working for a leading Private Health care company you will be providing full secretarial and administrative support to a team of 4 consultants at their Winchester office
Duties will be many and varied but will include :-
- Extensive liaison with patients, Consultants, Health Professionals and colleagues
- Interacting with other Medical providers at other locations
- Organising patients lists and booking appointments
- Providing quotes to new patients
- Typing of correspondence and reports which will include medical terminology
- Answering the phone and dealing with a variety of queries
- Providing full administrative and secretarial support to a team of Consultants and Health Professionals.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Medical Secretary to utilise their previous experience and join an exciting and prestigious Health Care Company at their Winchester office
Knowledge of Medical Terminology is required along with excellent organisational skills and previous Secretarial and Administrative experience
The position is a permanent role working 30 hours per week and with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis
