Our manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Tuxford is seeking a new Office Administrator to join the team. Working in a semi-industrial office, you must be happy to work in steel toe caps and workwear.
Duties include:
- Order parts. Materials and sundries from an established supplier database
- Build QA packs and store in the online filing system and scan and print for shopfloor.
- Capture price changes and date changes using Excel and Access spreadsheets.
- Manage day to day emails and telephone calls.
- Match batch and code invoices for Head Office Accounts
- Support factory manager with admin functions for the site.
They must be a self-starter who has intermediate Word and Excel skills and be happy to work using their own initiative.
The hours are flexible between a 7.30am start and a 4.30pm finish.
