Part Time Operations Executive, Qualitative Market Research

Continued growth means they are now seeking a Part Time, remote Operations Support Executive who already has some exposure to Qualitative Market Research, to join the team.

Requirements:

Project Management related tasks

Assist the Operations Manager with day to day project logistics including:

· Coordination - Liaising with clients and suppliers

· Create and manage schedules; including diary updates/send to freelancers and client

· Venue booking and logistics and travel arrangements (UK and International)

· Manage incentives distribution

· Product purchase

· Basic video editing and presentation formatting

· Reconciling project related invoices and expenses

General admin tasks

· Handling incoming calls and inquiries

· Team diary and directors’ diaries upkeep/management

· General accounts/expenses reconciliation

· Stationery and IT orders

· Business renewals (insurance, memberships)

Desired attributes

· Experience/knowledge of the Market Research industry, in particular Qualitative research

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Days

· Ideally Part Time at 28 hours, with potential of more hours if desired.
