Part-Time Payroll Officer

I am recruiting an immediate start, Part-time Payroll Officer opportunity for a business based in North Derbyshire. This is a role suited to someone with end to end Payroll processing experience, looking for a flexible, contracted opportunity.

Description

The Part-time Payroll Officer role with report directly to the Payroll Manager. Duties of the part-time Payroll Officer will include:

• End to end Payroll processing
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Process and calculate statutory payments and occupational payments
• Deal with queries from pension administrators
• Process starters and leavers
• Action the repayment of over payments
• Assist the Payroll Manager in developing policies and procedures

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in end to end payroll processing
• Be able to calculate gross and net pay
• Have an ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Job Offer

The successful candidate can expect a starting salary c£26-30,000 + an 18.5 hour working week + a 1 year fixed term contract with the potential to be extended / made permanent + generous annual leave allowance and pension contribution + an immediate start + free, onsite parking + other voluntary benefits
