PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000pa
Expected hours: 40 per week - flexiable start & finish times
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and punctually process employee payroll
- Maintain employee records with utmost integrity
- Calculate and manage payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies
- Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in software systems such as Sage, BrightPay, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous
- Additional administrative duties will be required
