Part time Programme Support Advisor – Temporary role until the 30th June (potential for extension) - £12.05ph

Reed Wellbeing develop and deliver health and wellbeing courses to people who have been referred. The Programme Support Advisor will then assess suitability and progress through to the correct services if suitable.
Based in Liverpool city centre, the team are currently looking for a Part time Advisor to work on a new contract. Your role includes -
• Inbound and outbound calls, conducting scripted interviews.
• Booking participants on the relevant courses.
• Working to customer service SLA’s.
• Using the company systems and logging correct and detailed information.
• Working with confident and sensitive information.
• General data input.
• Using company tools to assess if the participants are eligible.
• Working with the team to promote Reed core values and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
This is a temporary role, however there is potential for an extension and potential for a permanent role even
Working hours are 19 per week and flexible. Ideally these will be spread over 3 to 4 days and mornings but this is negotiable
Salary - £12.05ph starting salary plus holiday.
Office location – Liverpool city centre.
