Part Time Purchasing Assistant

Adecco are proud to be working exclusively with an expanding company who are seeking aPart Time Purchasing Assistant

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 p/a pro rata

Working days: Tuesday & Wednesday (can be flexible)

Working hours: 9am till 2pm (flexible)

Duration of contract: Permanent

Location: Basildon

Duties:

• Managing purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers
• Managing customer back orders and maintaining customer communication of deliveries
• Online marketing such as LinkedIn, along with e-commerce management
• Assisting with customer, supplier, and manufacturers relations
• Assisting with ISO quality systems management

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Background as a Buyer or in a Purcahsing role - desirable
