- Weekly Hours: 15 hours (Thursday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 with 1-hour lunch)
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent position depending on business needs. The role involves being the first point of contact for our visitors and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Offer a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming calls with a professional manner, taking messages and directing enquiries as necessary.
- Manage the company inbox, responding to emails promptly and helpfully.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy front desk with a calm and friendly demeanour.
- Proficient in handling telephone systems and managing email correspondence.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of GBP12.91.
