My client is currently seeking a pro-active and engaging part-time Reception Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team in Melksham. You will play a vital role in the business, as you will be welcoming all visitors, ensuring they are signposted correctly and supporting the wider team for all administrative tasks.
The role:
- Meeting and greeting visitors on-site
- Answering all inbound calls
- Sorting the morning post and delivering to clients
- Booking conference room meetings
- General administration including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Providing refreshments for visitors
- Updating and maintaining the in-house database
Person specification:
- Previous reception/administration experience
- A professional and engaging manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
The company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm (27.5 hours per week).
