Form of workOur lovely client is a dynamic and dedicated creative agency with a global outlook. As the business grows, they are now looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join their team based in their trendy, converted warehouse offices in Clapham.
Their open-plan office is both an inspiring place of work, but also an event space for clients and colleagues within the industry, and it is quickly becoming known as a hotbed of ideas and creativity.
As their first Receptionist you will be proactive and a key member of the team, helping with a wide variety of administration for the office which will include answering calls, managing office supplies and helping organise events to name a few.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriatelyAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsReceiving and sorting daily incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesOrder office stationery and supplies with accurate inventoryAssist in organising office eventsGeneral office administration support as and when required
Requirements and Skills:
At least 1 years experience in a receptionist roleProfessional attitude and appearanceA strong customer service attitudeProficiency in English (oral and written)Solid written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and people skillsGood organisational, time management and multitasking abilitiesHigh-level problem-solving skills and an ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Further Details:
Hours: 9am to 5pm100% office based, ClaphamMonday to Thursdayc. £25,000 pro rata (=£20,000 gross before tax etc)
