My client within Investment Management, are seeking a part-time Receptionist, to join them on a temporary basis.
They are an office of around 150 in London, and are a professional but incredibly friendly team. They are based in Picadilly Circus, and will pay £15-18 per hour.
Duties:
- Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner
- Meet and greet all visitors and registering guests on arrival
- Respond to incoming calls in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts
- Set up meeting rooms, and ensure meeting rooms are well-kept
- Assist with catering, including ordering catering, replenishing beverage & food supplies, tidying up once finished
- Tracking meeting room bookings for run-overs & available rooms
- General administrative support
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception desk
- Assist with visitor pass requests when required following the security process
- Provide 5* customer service
- Correspondence via email
The ideal candidate:
- Receptionist experience within corporate companies
- Proactive attitude with high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to liaise with Senior Level members of staff and guests
