Part Time Receptionist

My client within Investment Management, are seeking a part-time Receptionist, to join them on a temporary basis.

They are an office of around 150 in London, and are a professional but incredibly friendly team. They are based in Picadilly Circus, and will pay £15-18 per hour.

Duties:

• Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner
• Meet and greet all visitors and registering guests on arrival
• Respond to incoming calls in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts
• Set up meeting rooms, and ensure meeting rooms are well-kept
• Assist with catering, including ordering catering, replenishing beverage & food supplies, tidying up once finished
• Tracking meeting room bookings for run-overs & available rooms
• General administrative support
• Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception desk
• Assist with visitor pass requests when required following the security process
• Provide 5* customer service
• Correspondence via email

The ideal candidate:

• Receptionist experience within corporate companies
• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Ability to liaise with Senior Level members of staff and guests
