• Position: Temporary School Administrator(Maternity Cover)
• Hours: 25 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Until Christmas
• Location: Head office in Osbaldwick YO10
• Parking: Free parking facilities available

Responsibilities:

• Inputting invoices into our finance system (PS Financials)
• Matching invoices to purchase orders/goods receipts notes
• Monitoring generic finance email addresses
• Answering the finance telephone line
• Basic administrative tasks as required

Working Hours:

• Option 1: 5 hours per day, with flexible start and finish times between 8 am and 5:30 pm
• Option 2: Compressed hours over 3 days instead of 5, subject to negotiation
