Because of expansion, we are now recruiting an Administrator for this small but close-knit team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the students' academic journey is supported through meticulous administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing student attendance records and engaging with parents, carers, and external bodies regarding absences or lateness.
* Implementing administrative procedures to enhance punctuality and compliance with our attendance policy.
* Collaborating closely with pastoral staff and establishing connections with external agencies.
* Maintaining accurate records using Arbor MIS and Microsoft Office 365.
* Supporting the school community and adhering to safeguarding protocols.
As the right candidate, you have strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. You are proficient with MS Office 365, including Teams, and can learn new software packages quickly. You also show exceptional communication skills, and can develop relationships with people from all backgrounds.

* Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* References covering the last 3 years, will be requested prior to the interview with our partner.
* This is a part-time role working 9am-1pm (negotiable) Monday to Friday, term time only.
