About the Role Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service in a dynamic educational environment? We're looking for a dedicated School and Customer Service Administrator to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for students, staff, stakeholders, and visitors alike. What You Will Do Ensuring that the highest level of reception service is delivered consistently to students, staff, stakeholders and external visitors to exceed their expectations. Identify, avoid and resolve problems quickly to enhance the customer journey. Ensure relevant queries have an appropriately managed handover and post-query resolution. Provide information, data and advice as required by students, staff, stakeholders and external visitors. About You Educated to Level 2 or above in Literacy and Numeracy. Proven experience as working on Front of House or Customer Service setting. Good basic IT Skills. Ability to work flexibly across a number of tasks and changing priorities. Good communication skills.
