A temporary position is available in an expanding organisation for a Customer Service Administrator commencing May/June for the summer holidays until mid/end September. The position would suit a university student. The job involves responding to queries from customers via the phone, email and website. Preparing for and dispatching to customers daily. Performing updates to customer records, other general office duties as necessary. The ideal candidate would have a full understanding of the business by studying our website www.emovis-tag.co.uk and be comfortable using web-based computer systems (full training will be provided) and have a confident but friendly manner with good attention to detail. The hours are casual as the business need dictates but are expected to be 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Additional hours would be available during peak times.
