Major Recruitment are looking for Sales Executives in Print to join a Large Format Printing Company in Hertfordshire. Our client is looking for hungry sales people to win new business to their ever growing company.
As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will be:
- Business Development - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their print needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Consultative Selling - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on print solutions tailored to their specific requirements and budget.
- Solution Selling - Present and promote our range of large format printing services, including banners, signage, posters, and displays, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Proposal Preparation - Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
- Negotiation - Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve win-win outcomes, maximizing revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, including artwork design, printing, and delivery/installation, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Market Insights - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing feedback to management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Sales Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software, providing regular reports to management on sales performance and progress against targets.
- Customer Feedback - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
A successful Sales Executive will have:
- Experience within Print and more specifically Large Format Print.
- Track record of sales success.
- Strong communication skills & the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Is hungry and determined.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
