Fabulous opportunity to join a team due to internal promotion with duties including
- Responding to general enquiries and forwarding incoming calls to relevant department.
- To maintain and update the membership records in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Process member applications, renewals and payments including Direct Debits and BACS.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from current and prospective members, the general public and other industry bodies by phone, email, in writing or via the website, and follow-up within an agreed timeframe.
- General administration support such as preparation of meeting rooms, collating and producing materials for events and much more!
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm with 4.30pm finish on a Friday.
