The Wilf Ward Family Trust have a very exciting role available to help support the management team at Sherburn House in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. As a Service Administrator the responsibilities are wide and varied but will include general clerical duties, managing staff data, spreadsheets, answering the telephone, archiving and filing. Supporting the Registered Manager in all administrative tasks.

If you are interested in a fast paced, challenging role that will involve working as part of a team or on own initiative, this is the role for you.

This role is office based 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Multi-tasking is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will require previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as are strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
