We are a busy Building & Maintenance Company who have an opportunity for a Part time experienced office Secretary/Administrator. Assisting the team with correspondence, you will be compiling reports for clients and members of the team, diary management, inbox management filing, scheduling of day to day workloads, liaising with clients and operatives.
You must be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills and telephone manner.
You must have good computer skills, with good knowledge of word, excel. Would be benificial if you have construction industry experience. A minimum of 3 years experience as secretary/administrator.

This Is a part-time job sharing role- days Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 9-5. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
