A fantastic opportunity for those looking at part-time Accounts position. The successful candidate will be working with a company in the property sector, undertaking a range of accounts duties including:
* Accounts payable
* Reconciliations
* End of year service charge accounts
* Management of monthly standing order payments
* Answering general banking queries
* Loans and Fund management
* Improving current procedures and processes to ensure efficiency within the accounts department
* Getting involved in maintenance queries when required
You will need a strong understanding of cash vs accrual basis accounting and posting journals, and strong general bookkeeping experience. Any experience working within the property sector might be beneficial, but is definitely not essential.
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week, ideally 2 days in the office and a half day from home, however they are open to discussion regarding how hours are spread
