We are recruiting a University Receptionist and Administrator, and you could be just the person we need. As part of a small, close-knit team you will be the first point of contact for many who visit our university, from prospective students to visitors, staff, and current students. Our team has a shared purpose to provide a positive customer experience and a passion to support our community. You will have: Outstanding customer service skills Experience in responding quickly to situations, taking ownership to identify and resolve issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based tools such 365 or similar Excellent people skills and experience at being a strong team-player In return we offer: a contributory pension scheme 20 days holiday, rising to 24 after 4 years. In addition, 8 Bank Holidays plus 6 paid additional days off for university closure subsidised health and fitness facilities on-site; cycle to work scheme; on-site nursery a range of discounts which include restaurants, retail outlets and entertainment This role is part-time and permanent. You will be working 1pm until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
