Job description

We're looking for a team player with great communication skills to nurture strong relationships with our Corporate Partners. Providing exceptional account management and coordinating activation events.

The Partnership Activation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a variety of Factory International’s Corporate Partners, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring optimal value through exceptional account management and delivery of all rights and benefits outlined in our partnership agreements.

Responsibilities include managing multiple partnerships, coordinating events and activations, facilitating ticket bookings and creating tailored hospitality packages. Additionally, the role involves providing programme updates, conducting regular partnership meetings, and tracking and reporting on partnership progress.

We’re a collaborative team, managing relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders, so this dynamic role requires a team player who has a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to execute various brand and corporate partnerships, ensuring fulfilment of rights and benefits throughout the contract term

• Serve as the Account Manager for a diverse portfolio of Factory International's Partners, managing aspects of partnership campaigns and cultivating strong relationships with key contacts and their wider organisations

• Assess, compile, and present partnership progress at both internal and external meetings

• Provide expert stewardship to Factory International's Corporate Partners, including senior stakeholders

• Support partnership renewals by working with the sales team. Inclusive of tracking and reporting on partnerships and looking for opportunities to renew contracts and increase support

• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, Spektrix, to track partnership activity, book tickets and manage contacts

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring proper procedures and processes are in place for their management

• Organise a calendar of partnership events to engage partners year round, in collaboration with Partnership Activation Manager

• Work with the Partnerships Coordinator to offer a personalised ticket booking service to partners

• Ensure timely delivery of all partnership activity, inclusive delivery of rights, benefits and communications

• Assist the Partnership Activation Lead in managing large-scale activations with multi-year partners, such as the Aviva and Factory International naming rights partnership and other high-value partnerships

• When required, supporting and or leading on the delivery of events across the department, for both your partners and those managed by other Partnership Activation Managers and prospecting events

• Supporting the Partnership Activation Lead on process mapping and implementing of processes across the department

Person Specification

Essential

• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders from all backgrounds at an individual level and in group situations including showing networking and presenting skills

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

• Ability to work both collaboratively with stakeholders across Factory International and independently on projects. This role requires a confident self-starter who is happy to work in an evolving and growing organisation

• Proven client management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate confidently

• Ability to deliver all work and interactions with professionalism and to a high standard, with a strong attention to detail

• Proven experience of event planning and delivery of a range of events

• Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds

Desirable

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Passionate about the organisational objectives of Factory International

• Enthusiasm for training, mentoring and support of emerging talent
