The
Partnership Manager role is pivotal in developing and managing relationships with JCDecaux’s rail partner –
Network Rail. Taking day to day control of this partnership and ensuring best in class customer service throughout the organisation. Working very closely with the partner to ensure the most fluid lines of communication are sustained. Reporting to our partner monthly and as and when required, working with the Commercial Analyst. Both external and internal stakeholder management is key to this role.
What you'll be doing...
Productive relationships – External
- Build and maintain relationships with all Network Rail contacts (account managers/stations/comms team/marketing team etc).
- Ensure maximum visibility and responsiveness to Network Rail.
- Keeping Network Rail informed and ensuring strong lines of communications in all relationships by arranging and hosting regular meetings.
Productive relationships – Internal
- Updates on key initiatives to the team and ensuring regular dialogue with sales and marketing to feed into communication with Network Rail.
- Work in conjunction with Development to monitor new builds and assist on approval of New Builds.
- Work in conjunction with Creative Solutions to deliver ambient campaigns for Network Rail.
Proactive Approach
- Monitoring sales performance and keeping the sales team aware of any challenges or opportunities.
- Working with the marketing team on communication to Network Rail and new developments.
Market Expertise
- Managing all duties required in the approval process, maintaining project paperwork and reporting systems. Handling telephone enquiries, internal and external meetings, and inspection / site tours.
- Liaising internal departments to ensure clear commercial understanding and company strategy to meet KPIs.

Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication with excellent interpersonal abilities and confidence in presenting § Strong relationship building experience with exceptional customer focused skills Contractual, Revenue and reporting skills
- Managing revenue forecasts and regular updates to our client on revenue performance, payments, initiatives and KPIs.
- Understands the complexities within managing the revenue forecast so trends can be monitored and communicate where required.
- Monthly reporting to Network Rail to include, revenue, payments, initiatives and KPIs
- To ensure quality standards and response times are met in all projects and where possible, these targets are exceeded and generate maximum revenue for our partners and JCDecaux.
Account management
- Day to day management of the account.
Operational / Systems Expertise
- Solid analytical and task management experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Finance analysis acumen
- Demonstrable relationship building expertise
- Microsoft Office and Outlook are essential
- OOH advertising experience – preferable
