Fram Search is working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm in the heart of London's financial district. They specialize in distributing Managed Portfolio Services (MPS) and Fund solutions to financial advisers, providing innovative investment strategies tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients.
They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive growth and expand presence in the financial advisory sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with financial advisers, promoting MPS and Fund solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Proactively identify and engage with financial advisers (across the West and South West) to promote our MPS and Fund solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and address client requirements effectively.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on investment solutions.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
