Up to £23,419.50 per annum depending on experience

As our Patient Services Administrator, you will:
Taking telephone calls from Patients, consultants, secretaries and GP's
Assist in the booking of patients into consultant diaries
Be part of a busy office
Making up Clinics
Taking payments
Making appointments face to face with patients
Booking appointments for our private GP practice
Enquiry handling for our private GP service
To succeed as a Patient Services Administrator, you will need:
Be a positive, pro-active person who enjoys a challenge
Able to work under their own supervision in a busy, demanding office
Experience taking telephone calls
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
