Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Daventry
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely client payroll services, ranging from Sole Directors to complex high-value payrolls with significant variable pay components. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering client payroll with precision and adherence to agreed timetables.
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and deploy effective payroll processes and controls.
- Collate monthly & weekly payroll data within specified timeframes and authorization guidelines.
- Reconciliation of costings.
- Support the seamless transfer of payroll for new clients.
- Contribute to ad-hoc payroll projects.
- Assist in P11ds and PSA.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Troubleshoot and handle internal and external queries.
- Perform client-specific duties, including European payroll data management.

Desirable Professional Skills:
- Payroll knowledge.
- Familiarity with payroll software.
- Auto Enrolment knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Iris, QBO, and Xero payroll (preferable).
Desirable Education/Qualifications:
- CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate (not essential, Training can be funded)
