A large, well established, Sheffield based business are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team on a 9-10 month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful candidate will support the administration of the payroll function across the business.

Duties:

  • Extracting payroll simulation information from the system and checking for errors before extracting the final payroll data.
  • Reconciling salary control accounts
  • Assisting with accrual and prepayment journal postings for month end
  • Providing variance analysis of actual payroll compared to budget and weekly report

Candidate requirements:
  • An understanding of payroll would be desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
