A large, well established, Sheffield based business are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team on a 9-10 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidate will support the administration of the payroll function across the business.
Duties:
- Extracting payroll simulation information from the system and checking for errors before extracting the final payroll data.
- Reconciling salary control accounts
- Assisting with accrual and prepayment journal postings for month end
- Providing variance analysis of actual payroll compared to budget and weekly report
Candidate requirements:
- An understanding of payroll would be desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
