- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing of multiple foreign countries to include several EMEA regions. Collate payroll information and input onto spreadsheets or the payroll database
- Send spreadsheets and supporting documents where necessary to local accountants
- Input data directly into payroll database for several regions manually or by import
- Check returned payslips/gross to net reports
- Raise employees' net pays where applicable
- Raise third party payments where applicable
- Filing
- Prepare and park journals for posting
Person specification
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
