Payroll Administrator

• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Processing of multiple foreign countries to include several EMEA regions. Collate payroll information and input onto spreadsheets or the payroll database
• Send spreadsheets and supporting documents where necessary to local accountants
• Input data directly into payroll database for several regions manually or by import
• Check returned payslips/gross to net reports
• Raise employees' net pays where applicable
• Raise third party payments where applicable
• Filing
• Prepare and park journals for posting

Person specification

• Previous payroll experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel
