Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are pleased to be working with a fantastic, family led organisation based in East Oxfordshire who are seeking a Payroll Administrator who has strong attention to detail skills to join their welcoming team. This opportunity offers a salary of up to £33,000 per annum (based on experience), 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays, free onsite parking, subsidised lunch and 24 days sick pay. This is a full time, office based role with flexible working offered around start times.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collate and record hours worked, sickness, and holidays booked for all staff within a group of sites.
- Process information on the payroll system accurately.
- Collate data for monthly reporting requirements.
- Use Business Objects to run monthly reports/adjustment sheets.
- Complete government statistic forms.
- Handle telephone and email queries from managers and employees.
- Respond to queries from government agencies.
- Assist the Payroll Supervisor with the training of unit managers when needed.
- Monthly scanning of all required documentation.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the line manager when required.
