Payroll Administratorrequired for a multi-sited business based in Ringwood.
Working within the Payroll team of 3 and reporting to a Payroll Supervisor, you will have responsibility as part of the team for processing approx. 2000 employee wages and salaries, 90% of which is weekly. You will need to extract information from the roster system to transfer into the payroll system, setting up new employees, calculating wages, processing deductions, SSP and tax, processing various payroll reports, dealing with queries, investigating discrepancies and ensuring you are up to date with legislation and company policies.
You will need to have previous end the end payroll experience in a similar role, have a high attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and good Excel. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera payroll would be an advantage.
Excellent working environment, parking on site and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
This role is fully office based.
