We’re looking for someone who is great with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and ideally trained on Quick Books who is an all-rounder in Accounts / Bookkeeping. Ability to confidently use payroll systems will be an advantage.

Brilliant role for someone local with some accounts assistant, Accounts Administrator or bookkeeping experience looking for an all-round, all action opportunity in a busy office as part of a small team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys accounts administration and payroll, and has initiative, good energy and a great work ethic!

The Person:

• Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper experience
• Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Quick Books and payroll software would be a plus!
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Local & looking for an office based role Monday - Friday
• Team player - Great communicator - High attention to detail - Happy to get stuck in!

The Role:

• Preparation of weekly/monthly payroll
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Updating client records
• Trial balance, including bank
• Control account reconciliations
• Filing
• General admin duties & dealing with incoming calls
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
