Sellick Partnership are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Public Sector client based in Derby on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Purpose of the role:
- Delivering a comprehensive and professional Payroll Administration service
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective Administration processes
Main responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:
- Responsible for processing all monthly payroll items for all employees
- Responsible for inputting and maintaining payroll related trackers
- Responsible for the creation of employment contracts for changes
- Responsible for updating and maintaining personal information
- Responsible for updating monthly appraisal reports
- Providing accurate information to managers and or employees in relation to terms and conditions when required
- Maintenance of Mailboxes, answering queries consistently and in a timely manner
- Responsible for responding to queries from managers and staff by e-mail, phone or in person
- Data entry, Filing, photocopying, scanning and general administration duties as required
Person Specification for the Payroll Administrator:
- Strong Administration skills
- Experience of updating and maintaining records
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
