Payroll AssistantDue to extensive growth, my client is looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to join a leading Payroll Solution Partner in PlymouthWorking with a team of specialists in their field, you will be required to assist in a range of payroll tasks.The role of Payroll Assistant will report directly to the Payroll Manager.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily administration of various bespoke payrolls including RTI submissions to HMRC, processing of Year End information, reconciliations, payslip generationDealing with both internal and external updates in regards to clients, team members, pension providers and queries with HMRCComply with auto enrolment processesManual calculations of salary including over/under payments, annual leave etcPAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SAP, attachment of earnings/ordersBACS payments - desirableAuto enrolment pension processingPerson SpecificationPrevious experience working as a Payroll Assistant/Payroll Coordinator or in a similar roleIdeally one-to-two years exposure working within a Payroll Team.Possess knowledge of auto enrolment pensions regulations, providing accurate advice and administration supportAbility to adapt to changing regulations and ensure compliancePlease note that this ...
