This well-known, award winning brand are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to run a full end-end payroll cycle. Description

The Payroll Assistant duties include:

• Manage the full payroll process for 2 sites including 4 weekly, weekly and monthly
• Processing starts and leavers
• Updating payroll records
• Resolving queries
• Statutory payments, maternity, paternity, SSP etc;
• RTI Submissions
• Manually calculating holiday pay/hours/commission/bonus etc;
• Amendments - salary changes/adjustments etc;
• Timesheets

Profile

The successful Group Payroll Manager duties include:

• Payroll experience
• Sage Payroll - advantageous
• Knowledge of PAYE/NI (desirable)
• Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
• Computer skills including; Excel, Outlook

Job Offer
