Payroll Associate

Three Bridges Recruitment partners with a commercial organisation for a Payroll Associate. This organisation is on the forefront of their industry, and offers excellent development opportunities. This role is an initial 12 month contract but has the scope to become permanent. This Is an excellent role for a payroll assistant or payroll officer looking to develop or seek a new challenge.

Job

The role of Payroll Associate will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Preparation of monthly payroll in accordance with set reporting dates
• Maintenance of salary records and provision of payroll support
• Supporting continuous improvement projects within the payroll department
• Handling ad hoc payroll-related requests and submissions
• General administration tasks related to payroll services

You

As a Payroll Associate, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Experience in multinational organisation with regional or global payroll departments
• IT proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably PowerBI
• Strives for continuous improvement with good stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• SAP Payroll Platforms, experience with outsourced payroll models
