About the role:

As a Payroll & Finance Analyst at BIMM University, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate processing of payroll and supporting our finance function in delivering timely financial information.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborating with the People team to maintain accurate payroll data for faculty and staff members.
• Managing the end-to-end payroll process with precision and adherence to deadlines. Coordinating with external payroll providers to streamline operations.
• Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and external parties promptly and effectively.
• Assisting in the management of pension schemes and preparing necessary summaries.
• Providing support for payroll projects and initiatives as required and covering duties in the absence of the Payroll Coordinator.
• Offering ad-hoc support to the broader finance team as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced business or educational environment.
• Proficiency in finance systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and handling confidential information with discretion.
