About the role:
As a Payroll & Finance Analyst at BIMM University, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate processing of payroll and supporting our finance function in delivering timely financial information.
?What You'll Do:
- Collaborating with the People team to maintain accurate payroll data for faculty and staff members
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process with precision and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinating with external payroll providers to streamline operations
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and external parties promptly and effectively
- Assisting in the management of pension schemes and preparing necessary summaries
- Providing support for payroll projects and initiatives as required, and covering duties in the absence of the Payroll Coordinator
- Offering ad-hoc support to the broader finance team as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced business or educational environment
- Proficiency in finance systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and handling confidential information with discretion.
