Job Summary:
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for various entities across the UK, ensuring precise and on-time payments for all employees. You will collaborate with HR and other departments to guarantee accurate payroll processing, maintain comprehensive payroll records in accordance with HMRC regulations, and prepare and submit all required payroll tax reports. Additionally, you will stay updated on changes to UK payroll legislation and manage compliance with statutory reporting. Key Responsibilities:
* Process monthly payroll for various entities across the UK, ensuring precise and on-time payments for all employees.
* Manage employee time sheet data entry and calculate deductions for tax, National Insurance, and other legal requirements.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to guarantee accurate payroll processing by obtaining timely approvals.
* Maintain comprehensive payroll records in accordance with HMRC regulations and prepare and submit all required payroll tax reports.
* Stay updated on changes to UK payroll legislation and manage compliance with statutory reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll function.
* Excellent in-depth knowledge of current UK payroll regulations and tax laws.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
