The Job: Job Title: Payroll Specialist/ManagerRole length: PermanentHybrid: London (2-3 day in the office ideally, but open for discussion)Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 ( D) UPS: Increidble growth opportunitines in the business. Great Benefits and Pension Scheme. What would I be doing day to day? Organistaion recently offering Payroll servcies to clients. Sole charge payroll position with full responsibility of running varied payrolls of 300+ employees for existing clients (one other payroll specialist to be hired to work alongside this position in next 6-12 months) Main responsibilities include: Managing complex payroll of over 300 employees across multiple clientsAccurately process statutory paymentsFostering positive working relationships with stakeholdersAuthorising BACS, summary reports and analyses.Supporting implementation of Bright PaySubmitting accurate/timely tax filingsOverseeing accurate P60's and P11d'sPartnering with IT on system upgrades What is the company looking for? 3+ years payroll experience is essentialExperience going through a payroll implementation is preferredAdvanced Excel proficiency.
