We are working with an innovative business, based in Exeter, who are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. You will have experience working in all aspects of payroll management in an SME including contracts against timesheets.
What you'll be doing
• Overseeing payroll.
• Managing a small team.
• Ensuring a high level of compliance standard is met.
• Liaising with auditors and collaborating with HR and accounting teams.
• Resolving payroll issues.
• Dealing with contractors and their timesheets.
What you'll need to apply
• Comparative experience in a similar role (No qualifications required).
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practice.
• Proficiency in payroll and accounting software
