Payroll Manager

Your new role
You will manage a team of Payroll Officers and assist with training and development but also be hands-on.

• Managing a payroll of approx 5000
• Inputting payroll information onto the system
• Generating a high volume of invoices
• Managing a high volume weekly payroll and monthly payroll needs
• Responsible for audits and compliance
• Compiling reports
• Work through a high volume of payment reconciliations
• Dealing with payroll queries and information requests

What you\'ll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Payroll Manager capable of dealing with high volumes. Experience in a Bureau or umbrella organisation would be ideal. You must be happy to work in the Exeter office most of the week.
