Position Overview:

My client is looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data, including wages, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns from clients and employees in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues effectively.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to clients and relevant authorities as required.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Implement and streamline payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) working in payroll administration or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred but not required.
